SubCens is an editor for movie subtitles. With SubCens you can easily sync subtitles with censored films. Synchronizing a subtitle with a censored film can be easily done. You just need to give the software the start and end time of deleted scenes and then you have the synchronized subtitle with the edited film. You need .NET Framework 2 to run this program.
